HISTORY: these wooden kits scale reproducing the wooden bucks or templates that were used for the modeling of the aluminum body, metal or other materials.
When it still had no use of computers to design skilled craftsmen realizzavano these wooden masks on complying with the formal plans necessary precisely to their achievement.
These scale models represent exactly the size of the real model as they were derived from a real three-dimensional drawing.
Even today, some vintage car restorers realize their wooden or iron mask to derive the body parts maybe unavailable or out of production.

CONSTRUCTION: The model is made in kit includes poplar wood parts, or other type of timber, from 3,4,6,8 mm thick, depending on the scale, these elements laser cut will make up the model like form of elements fitted together to compose the grating according to the measurements of the drawing.
The scales are achievable, starting from the smallest:1/18,1/12,1/8,1/4 and also wanting the larger sizes since that the composition and the assembly system is the same for all scales.

ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING: the interlocking of the parties allows the option not to use glue (vynil glue) except for some finishing touches can be as lights, air intakes etc. also can be performed as the finish of the aluminum body, made of a beaten aluminum sheet (thickness 0.1 / 0.2 mm), add the interiors and upholstery, the wheels or highlight by painting some parts, it is also possible painting before assembling all the parts with mahogany stain to give a more reality.
